May 7, 2017, staff, graduates and students of the Theology Institute of the Belarusian State University took part in an environmental clean-up.

It was held in the framework of the worldwide international project "World Cleaning", aimed at preserving nature and freeing it from anthropogenic debris. The Initiative Organizer was the Environmental Solutions Center within the framework of the "Zrobim!" Volunteer action.

The event was held throughout the forest of the village of Gorodishche in the Minsk region. As a result, several dozen special packages of plastic, glass and construction / household garbage were collected and exported. This is a huge contribution to the possibility of life and development for plants, animals and birds.

The event began with an excursion about the birds that live in this area, which was conducted by the famous ornithologist Ruslan Shaikin, director of the Center for Environmental Education and Development.

At the end of the ecological action, a prayer was held about God's Creation.
